By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and prices. However, slight variations in color/finish may occur due to photography and screen settings.

Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected products under these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once the order is placed successfully.

4. Payments

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD, where available).

COD may include an additional handling fee.

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways; we do not store card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as per our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to your address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted under our Return Policy.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Customized/stitched sarees are not eligible for returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Pranusha Silks and protected under applicable laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.

We are not responsible for misuse of products after delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
