Return & Exchange Policy

At Pranusha Silks, your satisfaction is our priority. Every saree is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched with all original tags and packaging intact.

Sarees with blouse pieces should be returned with the blouse piece uncut and attached.

Customized, stitched, or altered items are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Sarees purchased during clearance/flash sales.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling (perfume stains, cuts, or alterations).

Accessories and gift cards.


3. Process for Returns

1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91-9989540243) or Email (pranushasilks@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Share your order number and product details.


3. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on return shipping.


4. After inspection, we will issue a store credit / exchange / refund as per your preference.

 

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality check.

Refunds are issued via original payment method or as store credit.

COD orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.


5. Exchanges

Exchange is allowed for the same product in a different color (subject to availability).

If the chosen product is of higher value, the difference must be paid.


6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free for defective/damaged items.

For all other returns/exchanges, a nominal ₹150–₹200 return pickup fee may apply, depending on pincode.
