Shipping Policy

At Pranusha Silks, we aim to deliver your favorite sarees quickly and safely, wherever you are in India. Please read our shipping details below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Customized/stitched orders may take additional time (up to 5–7 working days).

2. Delivery Time & Charges

Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 working days.

Express Delivery (select pincodes): 2–4 working days.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999.

Orders below ₹2,999: flat ₹150 shipping charge.

COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional ₹50–₹100 (depending on location).

3. International Shipping

Available on request. Charges calculated at checkout or on confirmation via WhatsApp/email.

Delivery timeline: 10–15 working days (subject to customs clearance).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

5. Order Delays

While we partner with trusted courier companies, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, festivals, etc.).

In such cases, we will proactively update you on the status.

6. Undelivered / Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If the delivery is attempted but not received, the courier will make two more attempts.

If returned to us due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
